This policy explains what Overdue collects about you, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email, password (stored only as a secure hash), company name, trade and the boroughs you choose.
  • What you do in the app: statuses, notes and saved views, so your team sees them.
  • Billing: Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your card number; we keep only Stripe's customer ID and your plan status.
  • Free samples: the company you searched for and the sample we built, so the share link works.

The building data

Lead information comes from New York City public records. We show organizations (owners of record, managing agents, engineering firms), not private individuals. Phone numbers come from a company's own website or a public business listing, and are labeled with their source.

How we use it

To run the service: build your list, send the emails you choose and keep your account secure. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Email

You choose your morning digest and instant alerts in Settings, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Account emails (receipts, trial reminders, password resets) are sent as needed.

Your choices

You can export your list, change your settings or delete your account from Settings. Deleting the account removes your logins, notes and saved views. Questions: holden@khairabuilt.com.
