Terms of service

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms cover your use of Overdue. By starting a trial or a subscription, you agree to them.

The service

Overdue sends business leads built from New York City public records. We check our data twice a day and link every building to its record, but city records can be late or wrong. Check the record before you rely on it. Overdue is not legal or engineering advice.

Trials and billing

  • Trials last 14 days and need a card on file. We email you 3 days before the first charge.
  • After the trial, your plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
  • Founding prices stay the same for as long as your subscription stays active.

Fair use

  • Your list is for your company. Don't resell it or share your login outside your team.
  • Contact building owners and managers lawfully and respectfully. Follow do-not-call and anti-spam laws when you call, text or email.
  • Don't scrape the app or try to get around the per-building limits.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Questions: holden@khairabuilt.com.
